About the event
Enjoy a relaxing evening of gentle stretching and an immersive sound bath experience. Katy and Lauren will use sound instruments like crystal sound bowls, ocean drums, chimes, etc to help send your mind and body into a deep rest and reset.
The Body Benefits will bring yoga mats, blocks, and blankets to facilitate your relaxation. Feel free to bring additional props such as a pillow, extra blankets, bolsters, etc. if you want.
Light refreshments will be served afterwards.
